Congratulations on your recent engagement.  From the moment you said "Yes" until you both say "I do", it will probably be the most exciting and stressful time of your lives.  Together you will work very hard on every detail, big and small, to make your special day as perfect as possible.

I know how important your wedding day is to you.  I have the experience, knowledge and understanding required to provide you with the professional touch needed to meet all of your expectations for the reception.  From the moment you make your initial contact, I become your personal consultant, working with you to plan every detail for the wedding reception.  We will use my wedding planner form [click here] and song selection lists [click here] to ensure that every detail is considered.

I have provided recorded musical entertainment for a wide variety of events including wedding ceremonies, receptions, buck and doe parties and banquets.  My Candlelight and Music package is the most popular choice for weddings.  Included in this package are:

Early setup  

To ensure that everything looks as professional as possible on the day of your wedding, I will have all of my equipment and lighting in place prior to when you and your guests arrive for the cocktail and/or dinner hour. This will ensure that you and your guests enjoy appropriate background music from the very start.

Lighting effects

I offer a special effects lighting package which I can tailor to meet your needs.  This can include intelligent lighting and fog to add that unique touch to your reception.

Introductions

I will work with your master of ceremonies to provide appropriate music while she/he introduces the head table guests as they enter the reception area.  This is especially effective for the video capture of this special moment.

Dinner & Toasts

I provide background music during the reception and dinner, all at appropriate sound levels.  I can provide a cordless microphone to facilitate freedom of movement throughout the hall, and for guests who wish to speak away from the podium.

Dancing & Special Announcements

I will announce all special requests i.e. dances, sweet table, cutting of the cake, as well as various photo opportunities. 

Music & Equipment

I carry a very large selection of songs covering every era from the oldies right through to the top hits of today.  During the consultation process, I will gladly demonstrate the state-of-the-art professional equipment I will be using on your wedding day.
